Terms of Service & Privacy Policy · Effective September 12, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or add-on, or using Modern Flow Dash ("MFD," "we," "us," or the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the Service.
2. The Service
Modern Flow Dash provides business-management software and related features. Features, integrations, limits, and availability may change as the Service evolves. We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and all activity under your account. You may not use the Service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate the rights of others.
4. Free Trial
Where offered, the 30-day free trial does not require a credit card. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription unless you affirmatively choose a paid plan and provide an authorized payment method. Trial features and limits may differ from paid plans.
5. Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed at the price and billing frequency shown when you purchase. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, a recurring subscription automatically renews until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable recurring fees and taxes to your selected payment method.
You may cancel a recurring subscription through the cancellation method provided with the Service. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively cancel a completed billing period. Unless required otherwise by applicable law, access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.
6. No Refunds — Subscriptions & Add-ons
All completed subscription and add-on purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for unused time, partial billing periods, account inactivity, downgrades, canceled subscriptions, or unused add-on capacity.
Canceling prevents future renewal charges but does not refund a charge that has already been completed. Add-on purchases are also final once purchased. This policy applies except where a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy is required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. Pricing & Changes
Prices, plan limits, and add-on pricing may change. Any change affecting an existing recurring subscription will be communicated and applied in accordance with applicable law. Taxes or government charges may be added where required.
8. Customer Content & Data
You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Service. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle that content to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to submit and process your content.
9. Privacy Policy
We may collect account information, business information, service usage and device information, communications, transaction records, and content you choose to store in the Service. We use this information to provide and secure the Service, authenticate users, process transactions, provide support, communicate about accounts, prevent abuse, maintain records, and improve functionality.
We may use service providers for infrastructure, authentication, analytics, email, storage, and payment processing. Payment information may be processed directly by our payment processor; we do not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, in connection with a business transfer, or to service providers acting on our behalf.
We do not sell personal information for money. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, security, accounting, and operational requirements.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect the Service and user information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or connect to third-party services. Their services, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers and may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malicious software, unauthorized access, disruption of systems, or collection or processing of information in violation of applicable law. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, security threats, fraud, nonpayment, or unlawful use.
13. Availability & Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business results, revenue, customer acquisition, or compatibility with every device, browser, integration, or third-party service.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modern Flow Dash and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data arising from use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modern Flow Dash and its affiliates from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms or another person's rights.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel recurring billing as described above. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material violations of these terms, fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, or nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the Service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
18. Governing Law
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections and other rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
